I am. And am likely to be for at least an hour.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
Nilly, I can tape three or four eps and then send it to you. The shipping is really not an issue for me.
I will go ahead a tape them and if you want them you can let me know. If not, that is ok too.
I'm up hitting reload on Fandango for Serenity.
I was telling him the other night that I hope there's a script book, because reading through them is such a joy.
I'm not interested in reading most tv and movie related books. I avoid Buffy and Angel books and magazines, and even though I know much of it is outstanding, I don't generally enjoy reading fanfic. But I think I would really enjoy reading these scripts.
Which is why I call her Becky.
Reading you write this makes me think about Allyson/Ally.
Things weren't delivered the way they sounded in my head, which is mostly true when someone makes a movie of a favorite book.
I like the book comparison.
I've never done that with scripts, other than in "Buffy" and "Angel", but that was after I already knew the characters and the "feel" of the show, so most things then played on screen pretty much the way they did in my head.
The cool tones were just what I thought it should be.
That's great, since you already liked them so much from how you thought about them.
Tamara, thank you! I would, of course, love to, and can't refuse such a generous offer.
insent Nilly.

It strikes me that in another context, this would make absolutely no sense. Although, I am sleepy, so perhaps it makes no sense here either.
Hi DebetEsse!
Allyson, backsent.
Oh. My. God. That. Was. Really. Really. Good!
I think I loved everything about it. The "forged in pain" line was pretty bad, but I didn't care - I think Web would sit around thinking up lines like that, just so he could use them melodramatically.
I'm kind of out of words. But my muscles keep clenching uncontrollably, which always happens when I've just watched/read something that really, really effects me. Happened with The Shining and SOtL, for example, but also in a very different way with Lost in Translation and Eternal Sunshine and now I'm off-topic.
SHOW GOOD.
Also, I totally got an Amber vibe off of tart!Rachel. I'm trying to figure out why: I think it was that dark shade of lipstick, but I don't know where I've seen AT in that.
ETA: Figured it out! Amber wears makeup very much like that in the Hot Lesbian Ice Cream Truck in Restless
I will be leaving Seattle about 10 hours before the screening, dammit. I keep repeating the mantra, "Final cut, final effects, final score."
Hello!
David, forged in pain.
Jilli, did you happen to tape? Squeakaboo was too cranky for viewing to occur.
No, we didn't tape 'cos I was at home to watch in real time. Take Hec up on the Tivo offer.

That's *exactly* how it came across to me. Web knew it was a cheese-o-riffic line, and took said it because he could.
