Xander: Am I right, Giles? Giles: I'm almost certain you're not. Though, to be fair, I haven't been listening.

'Sleeper'

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

What is even happening?

It's a good set up for this linear lover.

I knew that topless lady had something up her sleeve. - John Prine

there's now a small flamewar erupting over whether or not J.Lo is hawt.

Please, please, please let it be because she'll be on The Inside... which will give Tim the chance to do that killing voodoo he do so well.

I may have to seize the cat.

I like the buffistas way of threading.

Me too. Sorting through threads is too much work. Having very general topics is mucho de better.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

black on white is easiest to read. Anything on black--especially red or fluorescent green--is a fast ticket to headacheville. I don't grok boards one has to read bottom to top, either.

I love my phoenix, I do. (Hugs b.org possessively and with deep gratitude)

Hey. New board.

I like black on 95% white.

Nope. It is for a conference at the Gaylord Opryland. I arrive Monday evening and leave Thursday afternoon. If anyone wants to get together, Monday would be the best bet.

Be sure to take advantage of the Cascades Restaurant over in the atrium while you're staying there. I make sure to stop in every time I travel to or through Nashville.

Thank you, Nilly!

Also, I need to thank Perkins and Wolfram and Hec. Interesting things are happening here. I think the good wishes worked. And really fast too.

And it needs to be next Wednesday already, damnit.

Never fall in love with somebody you actually love.

Internet search engines are shit. Honest.

Go stick The Inside into Google or Yahoo. Nothing. The Inside Fox? Well, first you get the OLD plot summary (well done to Fox for leaving it on their webshite). Then you get the official site, with the lol rofl!!! official board, the best board evah.

No sign of my site on Google, as it hasn't bothered bloody indexing it.

So, after the show airs, the fans can rofl with J-Lo or read about the teen highschool show by Tim Minnear (this time not the writer of Buffy).

ETA: completely off topic, but this episode quotage appeared of the top of my screen: "You turn on any of my crew, you turn on me. Mal, 'Ariel'". Made me smirk.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I wouldn't blame search engines so much as the sheer number of times the phrase "the inside" (25,800,000 times) or the word "inside" pops up on pages (198,000,000, says Google). That's a lot of chaff to sift through. Not to mention affecting the ranking by how many times a given page is linked to.

ita, oh, I agree. Google also don't index sites for a while to prevent engine spamming. I'm just venting, sorry.

Really, I was hoping the show would change name as I could see this coming. I was always planning to start a 'fandom' site (I feel so lame typing that), but was holding off to see if the name changed.
