I would have been a leading proponent of a Spike TV movie 2 or 3 years ago, when it would have lessened his negative influence on my favorite shows. Now I'm completely meh about the issue—let the fans who want it have it if the money works out, nobody will be forcing me to watch.

You never know what will play to the masses. I visit a Howard Stern message board which I'm sure most of you think is the lowest common denominator of society but in many ways they are "the masses." They love 24. They think it's unrealistic at times but they love when Jack Bauer kicks ass and they love the geek girl Chloe. However smart it may or may not be or however good the performances may or may not be for a lot of people that it's bloody and has a hot chick will be enough. Whatever works right?
