Emergency! (I ♥ed Randolph Mantooth). Pull tabs that actually came off. Good times, good times. Though, yeah, throwing the tab back in the can... why did we do that (er, mine were soda cans at the time)? In retrospect, not the brightest-seeming move. Never choked on one, though.
