You always think harder is better. Maybe next time I patrol, I should carry bricks and use a stake made out of butter.

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I keep telling Tim that Rebecca needs a dog.

Tim doesn't listen to me.

Swouncing

Tim doesn't listen to me.

Maybe she hides the dog in her pink kitchen?

I was just passing by an ad about some students election that are supposed to take place next week. Most of the ad was the date, written in huge digits. The 8th of June. I nearly jumped before I realized the date had nothing to do with its meaning in my mind. Silly scary visual place.

What is even happening?

Speaking of...do you ever talk to Fury? How's he doing?

Fury is cranky. Which means he's doing okay. When I talked to him last week he was working on an act of episode 12 of The Inside, and talking about taking his family on vacation before 24 starts up in production.

Fury is Scott's favorite. He was glad to hear he was coming to 24.

Are you going to do a Q&A for 2005?

I dunno. He's giving me an interview for my book, though. I'm talking to him, and I got interviews with Tim and Jane about fandom, the power of the audience over the story, and such.

Interesting stuff from them.

My bitching at the yucky prospero board has resulted in one less "n" in our boy's name.

I AM DRUNK WITH POWAH!!!

Also stoked that it is only a week and a day away from yummy new teevee.

Now I'm just wondering if I can convince Firefly fans to not send a petition to FOX to save The Inside.

I mean, I understand the concern, but *groan*.

Hey. New board.

I groan with you.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Allyson, is that on the OB? Surely they jest.
