I'm sure it's a good cut but I like it for a trailer. I was like, "Wait, they ALL have some kind of problem and somehow these problems are useful to their work of solving violent crimes?!?"

Mostly I was thinking in longer terms than this first season. Is The Inside only 13 episodes, or 13 with the possibility of more?

This is probably the way I'm going to go as well, if the initial run is as good as promised. However, who knows what the rest of the country will do if they have to make a choice.

I just thought it'd give it a good chance to start, with nothing strongly competing the first episodes. After that, if it's as good as I hope it is, then it can stand on its own.
