Willow: Yes. Hi. You must be Angel's handsome, yet androgynous, son. Connor: It's Connor. Willow: And the sneer's genetic. Who knew?

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Jesse came up with this: @@

Jesse rocks! That's so much quicker than rollseyes.

Also, I just finished another wish-fulfillment book that I should pass on to you.

YAY! I still need to sit down and read the last one but hope springs eternal that I will have some time now that the party is over.

EZBoard, maybe?

EZBoard absolutely has it and I abuse it like Ike Turner on a 5 day bender.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

EZBoard absolutely has it and I abuse it like Ike Turner on a 5 day bender.

Heh.

If I only had a brain...

Thanks, Kristen.

The @@ works for me.

In fact, its rather genius.

Oh, of course the Partyman would say that.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I think , with its hint of eyelashes fluttering and eyes gone all white, this:

might be more evocative.

Looks like Little Orphan Annie flirting.

Bwah! Well, it looked like an eyeroll to me up until I read your post, but I suspect it never will again.

Oh, of course the Partyman would say that.

Were I not entraced by the lyrical goodness of Frankenbuddha's tagline, I might attempt some return sarcasm.

As it happens, I must instead now listen to some Cohen.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Maybe I shouldn't lend out my Wonderfalls discs -- the last recipient left the case of disk 3 in the airplane.

However, he left it there because the woman looking over his shoulder was a big Joss fan who'd never heard of Wonderfalls (mumble, groan) so he got distracted from his viewing and chatted Joss/Tim geekery until they deplaned.

The true mitigating factor is that he's buying his own set, so I get a case anyway. He's also buying Firefly, after having borrowed mine (and returning all the cases) and needing to watch them again and again.
