How did your brain even learn human speech? I'm just so curious.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Oy. I think retiring from fandom might be a bandwagon upon which I'm willing to strap myself to the roof.

You know, we could experiment and cancel football.

Can you still be a consultant from up there, Allyson?

I have a few people I think the bandwagon needs to run over on its way outta town.

Let me know if you need to add to that group, Kristen.

Now tagless for your comfort.

There isn't a bandwagon big enough.

Whoa. From happy birthdays to gorgeous flowers to... marauding bandwagons. On a dime, it turns.

We are many things. Predictable is not one of them.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

We are many things. Predictable is not one of them.

No, but inscrutable you are, at least from this non-fandom part of Buffistas.

Which may actually be a contradiction, now that I think of it, but I stand by the statement.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

It's a fair distinction. Lord knows we have our KRZY moments, but it's generally not fandom issues per se that trigger them.

If I only had a brain...

Oog. Last night I dreamed that a bunch of us were doing a set visit with Tim. We had a careful explanation of how you behaved on a set; then we started walking to the set and Tim had a vicious fight with Allyson, and we were all averting our gazes.

My Anxiety Closet is a very strange place.
