Oh, Allyson, couldn't hurt to try.
The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.
ahhhh ha ha ha
I remember a discusison about Millay on this thread yonks ago. Tonight CBC's ideas are playing a doc about her, called Eros Unleashed.
It's live over the interbunny, at 9 pm in your timezone, (9:30 in Newfoundland) but they don't archive. [link]
I dunno, isn't Fox a little done with reality programming? Wasn't there a recent "mistakes were made" speech from Berman?
I was mostly kidding. I hope.
I can't think about Millay without running back 20 years to my introduction to sniglets. "What do you call being bitten by a rabid poet? Ednastvincentmillay-bies."
sigh
This is why I never finished college - my brain is full of THIS STUFF.
From way back:
Perkins' BWM comes loaded with an iPod that you can manipulate through the steering wheel
I think they come loaded with the hookup, not with the iPod. I seem to recall her taking it in to have them conjoined.
It didn't come with the hookup either, just the capability. It uses some of the same wiring that the optional 6 disc CD player would have.
Berman officially under Paramount consideration.
Other iPod/CD player connections exist for other cars, third party. I don't know if any of them let you scroll through playlists like BMW does, though.
I made The Inside fanart. Because I'm a huge dork. It is bad fanart, and I'm too lazy to post it, because it involves slices, and that involves going home, opening Image Ready, making slices, uploading to server, and really? See above re: lazy.
Also, I saw The Ring Two last night. Despite the fact that it was a dark and stormy night, and it was the Arclight, I just couldn't be frightened. It was so sadly pathetically bad.
I may apply for Gail Berman's job, just to get the rejection letter to frame.

That is so worth doing! But what happens if they hire you?
Do it!
