It's still The Inside. The title isn't going to change. The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress is all written and sent off to the producers to do what they will with it. The Inside will air when Fox figures out when they want it to air. Which is to say, I know not the answer to that, and I don't think Tim does, either.
I don't know why he's not around much except that he's busy writing and writing and writing some more. And then bossing people around. And then writing.
