The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

I was fine when existence had no meaning. Meaninglessness in a universe that has no meaning -- that I get. But meaninglessness in a universe with meaning? What does that mean?

We don't?

I fought the law and I won!

Everybody loves you, nobody hates you and there's no need to eat worms.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Even Long, thin, slimy ones?
Short, fat, juicy ones?
Itsy, bitsy, fuzzy wuzzy worms?

I fought the law and I won!

Gummy worms only.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I like the atomic sour worms. Perfect movie food.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I was just reading the eOnline story that Point Pleasant is sinking to a watery grave.

That'd leave Thursday at 9 open.

The network truly is a harsh mistress.

Kiss me, my girl, before I'm sick.

Well, CSI has sunk into the level of the suck recently. I'd happily leave it for The Inside.

I'd happily leave it for The Inside.

Ima whitefont for people who grow tired of what appears to be sycophantic devotion: The Inside, with proper marketing to bring the initial audience? Will beat the everloving FUCK out of CSI. Promise.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

I gather The Inside premieres in March. (I've finally broken the mental block that made me keep misrember the name.) It is probably in this thread somewhere but to avoid a search does anyone know time and day? Something keeps nudging me about 9:00 P.M. Thursdays, but I'm not sure if that was an actual time or when someone thought it should be showing.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

There's been no confirmation yet -- Allyson's speculation was just that, I think, that the slot of Point Pleasant was going to open up. But it's neither official nor conclusive, to the extent of my knowledge.
