'The Cautionary Tale of Numero Cinco'

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

How sexy was Audrey Horne?

Pretty fucking sexy. Mmmm, saddleshoes.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

And that perfect sultry/sweet face, yow.

Didn't they accidentally catch Frank Silva in a shot while shooting the pilot, and then Lynch decided it was too cool not to use?

Yeah. They'd already shot the bit with him crouching at the end of Laura's bed, and then later that day did the scene where Mrs. Palmer wakes up from her dream/vision -- afterwards someone said, "Sorry, but you can see Frank in a mirror in the background, we need to reshoot." And Lynch was all, "No, that's PERFECT."

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I thought she tried a little too hard to be really appealing, though props for making the theoretical sexpot a brunette with some meat on her bones.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Does anyone know where a copy of Industrial Symphony No. 1 could be found?

eta. Huh. Looks like Amazon has it now. I know I've looked there before and they didn't.

Lurching from one disaster to the next.

Is Sister Katerina and Angie Olsen played by the same woman?

d - Feb 18, 2005 2:29:46 am PST #4840 of 10001
It's nice to see some brave pretenders trying to make it interesting.

Sister Katrina was played by Carrie Preston (according to IMDB), and Angie Olsen was played by someone who also guest starred in the very odd scifi show LEXX. (Perhaps Patricia Zentilli? She's not credited with Wonderfalls on IMDB, but we all know how incorrect it can be.) TVTome doesn't list her under Wonderfalls either, but shows her picture here [link]

hip deep in pie

Perhaps Patricia Zentilli?

It was Patricia Zentilli. I stage managed a fashion show she was in when she was 13, and 5'7". Everyone thought she was going to be a great model. Then she stayed 5'7", and nsm, so she went into acting.
