Mal: Well, you were right about this being a bad idea. Zoe: Thanks for sayin', sir.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Did you have to do a lot of rewriting for the character?

I fought the law and I won!

Very cool.

Thanks, Tim.

Tim's a lot like Batman. He just sort of swoops in and then goes all utility-belt and flies off into the night sky.

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

Allyson, that picture of you is fabulous. You look so pretty, and so glowy!

Tim looks pretty good, too.

I want my disks to get here now, drat it.

Days shrink and grow cold, sunlight through leaves is my song. Winter is long.

That's a great picture, Allyson. Thanks for sharing it with us, Kristen.

My dvds are still in Kentucky, dammit.

Hey. New board.

Was there really a lot of HoYay in Wonderfalls ? I mean, besides the actual lesbians? And, well, the obvious Jaye/Mahandra slash.

Well, the Jaye/Binky in Karma Chameleon is both obvious enough and incredibly hot enough that it spawned one of the earliest Wonderfalls fics, if I recall. It was posted, at least at one time, at savewonderfalls.com .

Male HoYay less so, though I hold out hope for Eric/Aaron in the episodes I haven't seen yet. Because, damn, that's a hot couple.

Also, I adore the picture of Allyson. Truly cute.

What is even happening?

You think I would have gotten a word in?
You held your own with Joss, who seems as blabby as can be.
This made me laugh at the truth of it all, Hec. I am much more of a commentary other-DVD-extras buff than is Scott. We were listening to the commentary on Lessons, the other night--it was given by Joss and Solomon (I think--and that's the director, not the wise king). Scott just kind of blurted out, "Joss sure loves to hear himself talk." Fortunately, I like to hear him talk, too.

Yay for the Katie-casting, Tim.

The status is NOT quo.

That is a wonderful picture. They both look great and happy.

I'm psyched about the Katie-casting mainly because I just finished listening to WF commentary and watching the featurette, and I just loved her in those. She's so sweet and funny! The part about her spearheading the drive to leave their stuff in Toronto was classic.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

The part about her spearheading the drive to leave their stuff in Toronto was classic.

Hee hee. Yes. And then there was:

"Look at Katie, isn't she gorgeous?"
"Yes, yes I am. I'm the most beautiful woman in the world!"
