I thought there was some actual force communicating to her to get things to happen.
Why can't the force speak to her in her head?
[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

no violations of natural law are going on.
It wasn't so much the natural law that squicked me, but the thought that this was supposed to be funny that this woman was impregnated against her wishes.
I would like to think that Tim would have intervened and explained the unfunny to Bryan.
You said something before about Bryan being gay and maybe not getting the how women-folk get pregnant. Were you kidding or do you think the not really having to deal with women sexually means not really having put much thought into the physical aspects of it?
I had intended to start watching last night -- you know do the whole season, but actual life stuff interfered with my dvd viewing. Maybe tonight. . . .

Maybe he would've explained the unfunny, but how many unwanted (miracle) pregnancies were there on Angel again?

1. Learn from your mistakes
2. At least they had prophecies and magic and magic and prophecies

Oh, I was being sarcastic there. Since my own exposure to info of the No, Babies Don't Come from under Cabbage Leaves variety started back in the 5th grade, I'd assume that Bryan has run across the same at some point, even if it didn't turn out to be personally relevant.
To clear up my earlier statement P-C, my assumption is that Jaye's not crazy, but that the tchochkes don't actually move and speak in physical reality. Whatevever it is that's communicating with her, it's doing so by giving her visions rather than changing objective reality.
Ha! No, I figured that there was no stork confusion.
I completely love the design on the Wonderfalls DVD (which arrived just now). It's so creative looking while reminding me of childhood at the same time.
Ok, I have to go watch...
My DVDs have been delivered! I guess I have an incentive to go to work now, since that's where they are.
I forgot how much I loved this show.
BTW, has the Veronica Mars music always been in Pink Flamingos?
