The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

You can't leave me to my own devices; my devices are Nap and Eat. -Zenkitty

I had to pick up a sword and cut someone in half, as one does in a Ken Russell film.

BWAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

Maybe he can talk Tim into killing him, though.

That would be the best.

And why again does the other dude from Coupling keep getting work?

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

Well, I pull for Colin for the friend-of-a-friend factor, but I think Harrington's cuter.

Also, I think he did a passable job as the Americanized Steve, though few could fully live up to John Davenport. It was the Jeff and Jane that were abyssmal failures.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Jack Davenport?

Ack, did I get his name confused with that of one of the characters he's played?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

I think Harrington's cuter.

Lots of guys are cuter than Colin (hi sweetie!). Just not Jay. Plus ... so close and yet so far counts for a lot.

Not that I have any idea if Colin even knows the show exists. It's just those connections the brain makes.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Harrington looks exactly like how Paul looked in my head.
