I am not...I am not the damsel in distress. I am not some case. I have to work this. I've lived in a cave for 5 years in a world where they killed my kind like cattle. I am not going to be cut down by some monster flu. I am better than that. What a wonder...how very scared I am.

What is even happening?

The actors who played Linwood and Quentin Travers both crossed my mind too, as did the man who played Holland Manners. Damn. I should know these actors' names. Ron Glass didn't cross my mind, but that would be great, too.

Ooh. How about the mayor?

You always do this. We get tipsy, and you take advantage of my love of the scientific method.

Holland is Sam Anderson. Travers is Harris Yulin.

Ooh. How about the mayor?

So come, my friends, be not afraid/We are so lightly here/It is in love that we are made; In love we disappear

My money's on RG because him being on a "cop" show again would totally rock.

RG being on a show again would totally rock. It could be about fluffy puppies and kittens, and it would totally rock.

We've been rewatching Firefly. He kicks so much ass.

"We are the Goon Squad and we're coming to town...Beep! Beep!" - David Bowie, "Fashion"

We've been rewatching Firefly. He kicks so much ass.

And definitely a character who was somewhat crippled by Fox's re-shuffling of episode order. There's still a lot there we don't know, but I think it plays much better as character development in the correct order.

Strawberry disappointment.

What about William Saddler?

"You see? THAT's what they want. Love, and a bit with a dog."

I was hoping AD was going to make it in there. Knowing that he was at the table read makes me happy though.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Hee.

HE would be awsome as well. I wonder if Web is a good guy, or if he's a Hannibal Lector locked up type. Either way, Sadler would kick ass - he does conflicted, lotsa-grey good guys, and he can also do seriously creepy and menacing.

Woe to the fucking wicked.

My first thought was Ron Glass. But I'm hoping for ASH. Because, while I understand the "playing different characters" thing, I'd rather see people we haven't seen work together work together. It is new and shiny.

Not that anyone I can think of in the demographic wouldn't be great.

Didn't ASH want to spend more time in England with his family?
