Marco: Do we look reasonable to you? Mal: Well. Looks can be deceiving. Jayne: Not as deceiving as a low down dirty... deceiver.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Ugh. We gotta set the record straight on the show's premise.

But! Cutie pic of Tim!

Art Crawl!!!

I was wondering if they had the show's premise right.

It looks like they read the old FOX release on the series.

Ugh. We gotta set the record straight on the show's premise.

So it's no longer about a cop going undercover in schools? What's the premise now?

And when is Tim going to start on that Point Break series with Luke Perry?

Embrace the idea that we are the leaders we've been looking for. Grace Lee Boggs

Tim is pretty cute. Nice picture. (understatement much)

I hadn't realized that Tru Calling had been officially cancelled, or that Espenson was working on it (didn't she work on Gilmore Girls ?), or that Charisma Carpenter and Nathan Fillion were on Miss Match. I hated that show, but would have watched for them.

How did I miss all of this?

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

How did I miss all of this?

You skipped and skimmed. t /j'accuse

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

or that Espenson was working on it (didn't she work on Gilmore Girls ?)

Yep. She was actually going to be exec producing TC, if I recall, and she said at a conference that she'd read the TWoP recaps to see what kinds of things needed to be changed. I was a little interested to see what she'd do with it.

If I only had a brain...

David Greenwalt left “Angel,” a show he co-created, after its third season to oversee ABC’s “Miracles” and UPN’s “Jake 2.O.” After both series quickly went belly-up, he briefly returned to “Angel” to direct its brilliant Italy-set antepenultimate episode, “The Girl In Question,” but really hasn’t been heard from since.

Huh.

Hey. New board.

Whoa. "antepenultimate" is the best word I've seen all day.

Now let us crush something soft and watch it fountain blood. That is a girlish thing to want to do, yes?

"antepenultimate" is indeed lovely, but "brilliant" is dead wrong.
