Giles: I jump out of the circle, jump back in, and, and, shake my gourd. Buffy: Hey, I think I know this ritual. The ancient shamans were next called upon to do the Hokey-Pokey and to turn themselves around.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

Okay, she looks better that way.

Thanks, Vonnie.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

She's pretty but will be easily confused in my head with the host of other really thin blonde/blue eyed actresses.

Depends. If I see her regularly in a particular role (which, given the show, I hope I do), I'll be able to distinguish her from other pretty, young, blonde actresses. That is, I might not know who they all are, but if I watch her show, I'll know who she is. Right now? Might not be able to pick her out of a line-up.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

She's pretty but will be easily confused in my head with the host of other really thin blonde/blue eyed actresses.

She looks like a generic TV pretty blond to me. Maybe she can act with perfectly pitched snark.

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

The Inside

From what little we've heard so far, it sounds like a re-make of 21 Jump Street.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

From what little we've heard so far, it sounds like a re-make of 21 Jump Street.

From what little more I've heard, more like Roald Dahl's 21 Jump Street.

Or, no, wait -- Tim being dark. That's what I heard.

I admit I'm not much picky after that point.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Can I bet?

Only if you bet with me.

From what little we've heard so far, it sounds like a re-make of 21 Jump Street.

Tim gutted it. Kept Rachel, another actor, and the title, and changed the entire premise of the show.

It's no longer 21 Jump Street.

It's Silence of the Lambs.

All is well that ends in pizza.

Oh. I thought it was going to be The Lamb is a Harsh Mistress.

Only if you bet with me.

That's not going to be nearly as much fun. Nor as potentially profitable.

Kept Rachel, another actor, and the title, and changed the entire premise of the show.

You forgot the font. He kept the font.
