Giles: Stop that, you two. Riley: He started it... Xander: He called me a bad name! I think it was bad; it might have been Latin.

The Minearverse 3: The Network Is a Harsh Mistress

[NAFDA] "There will be an occasional happy, so that it might be crushed under the boot of the writer." From Zorro to Angel (including Wonderfalls and The Inside), this is where Buffistas come to anoint themselves in the bloodbath.

"This bar smells like kerosene and stripper tears."

In that case, yes, totally understood. Up there with Terry Gilliam kicking over GC's "ashes" at the Python reunion on HBO for the 30th anniversary.

The Aspen Comedy Festival! FE has been looking everywhere for it. I couldn't find it Region One, but I know other Region versions exist. I think I have a link to the transcript.

All is well that ends in pizza.

A friend of mine has seen the unreleased ""The Rutles II: All you Need is Lunch" Which was made in 2002.

He said it's quite referential to the first Rutles TV mocumetary, but still funny and a good time.

Apparently Warner Brothers TV has it and Eric Idle likes saying it fell into a black hole there..

Karma is a cat, sleeping in my lap cuz it loves me. ~TS

That wasn't the question Allyson told me. It was more along the lines of "you've always had a gift for killing your characters, how hard was it not to kill anyone on Wonderfalls, and if the series had continued, who would've been the first to go?" Only she said it better than that.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

I knew you'd remember better.

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Shrift, I'm getting the urge to go to Burbank again. It's become a habit. The swallows return to Capistrano every year, and I fly to Burbank and drink too much and snark at the fangurls and bad vids.

I'm feeling the urge to go, too. I mean, all I do the entire weekend is drink Redhook, smoke outside with the foreigners, boggle at the gigantic heads of broccoli in the hotel restaurant, and stand out like a mundane thumb due to lack of a tacky T-shirt.

But I could bring six DVDs of good vids, we could heckle Froon, and I'd also like to see if getting within an arms-length of Ben Browder makes me speechless again.

Man pretty. Pretty man.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

How so?

"Don' be e-scared"

Lemme try that again...

Robin!!!!!

I was at that screening. It was a WGA screening and that woman was about two or three rows behind me. One slight correction... Baz couldn't for the life of him figure out why she was insisting that he'd called the villain in his movie "The Jew." He stood for many blinking and unspeaking moments. The bastard who loudly huffed (with obvious impatience) "THE GGGUUUUUUUKKKEEE!", was, um, me.

I hate it when that happens.
