Alright, guys. I'm out of the office for the day. Lots of things to do in a few hours. I'll be back before the Watch 'n' Post, and probably chime in on commercials. Thank y'all for reminiscing with me. God, it hurts!
It's been a hell of a ride.
sniffle sniffle choke
Lots of my favorite bits have been mentioned so far, but one that hasn't: Cordy & Lilah's shoe-fu smackdown.
And I still want a vamp-face Angel puppet. I really do.
Cordy & Lilah's shoe-fu smackdown.
He he. It was like something out of Gilmore Girls. And I recently discovered Joss wrote it.
Oh, oh! Any time Angel Eject-O-Staked someone, especially the Double Eject-O-Stake featured in "City of..." and "Somnambulist."
And ooh, Kate's dad getting killed in "The Prodigal."
And speaking of Gilmore Girls, Jilli: you look/dress like Amy Sherman-Palladino.
One of my favorite moments:
"DUDE! You just rescued a puppy!"
Leaving work. Very very sad at the five-hours-from-now ending.
sniffle
Also, had to bring up the end of "Are You Know Or Have You Ever Been":
Cordelia:
Seventy years of violence, mayhem and paranoia. Bad vibes.
Angel:
We're moving in.
Cordelia:
A few throw pillows, what's not to love?
I miss that hotel.
And speaking of Gilmore Girls, Jilli: you look/dress like Amy Sherman-Palladino.
Who? Sorry, I'm completely Gilmore Girls ignorant.

She's the creator, and she also writes/directs a lot of the episodes. I'd never seen what she looked like until I got the DVDs and watched the little featurette. But she shares your fashion sense as evinced by the pictures I've seen of you in the Buffista gallery and at the Zmayhem.
Amy Sherman-Palladino is the creator of Gilmore Girls. I wish I'd known last year she was a Jilli clone. She was supposedly at a Pernice Brothers concert I was at, but I had no idea what she looked like.
Hey, sometimes I like to gawk. What of it?
Oh, oh! Any time Angel Eject-O-Staked someone, especially the Double Eject-O-Stake featured in "City of..." and "Somnambulist."
Not to mention Spike's version of that.
