It's not like Angel fed on him long enough to draw out 8 quarts of blood, but who knows...

Angel 5: Is That It? Am I Done?
[NAFDA] This is where we talk about the show! Anything that's aired in the US (including promos) is fair game. No spoilers though -- if you post one by accident, an admin will delete it.
Well, Angel also snapped his neck.
It's not like Angel fed on him long enough to draw out 8 quarts of blood,
But he did snap his neck afterwards.

I'm wondering if Drogyn is going to be an ace in the hole, because if Angel did kill him and the MoG find out about that, then the "Once more into the breech" thing is going to have some problems. Though Spike's in it just to kick out the jams one more time at Angel's side. Maybe I was willfully imagining it, but I thought Angel was pleased that Spike was the first one to raise his hand.
Ahh, we are protective, aren't we?
Whew. I'm just checking. As usual.
Geez, chatty cow-orker pops in for an eternal-seeming gab and I miss the end of the old thread.
Khhhaaaaaannnnn!!
t shakes meaty fist
Did Angel "Kill" Drogyn? Didn't they say that Drogyn had eternal life? Can such a being be killed like that?
This is bothering me--either Angel was too far in to step away, and had to kill Drogyn, or he's set up the sting even further, and Drogyn's alive and an ace in the hole.
Also, Angel/Spike is now Cannon. Hee. I am 12.
Maybe I was willfully imagining it, but I thought Angel was pleased that Spike was the first one to raise his hand.
Oh, yeah. Plus the Spike/Illyria conversation was great. Every ages-old demonic entity needs a Spike as a pet.
How could Drogyn still be alive?
I mean -- am I just assuming that there are Blackthorn people who could sense if Angel had drained him or just fed?
It's also possible that Drogyn was willing to be bitten/killed for the greater goal of getting rid of that much evil.
I'm going to have to re-watch, but assuming all of his statements are factually true, he said that he found out Angel ordered his death. What is unsaid is that he agreed to it beforehand or afterwards. The character answers direct questions, but still can hide with selective truth.
That's my ass-pull for the morning. Need to rewatch.
