Ah, USPS. I hate them. I have stairs. Not a lot for San Francisco, but stairs. My postal people will occasionally deliver mail. Not often of Friday tho. I assume it is his day off. When the lady had the route I was lucky if I got a delivery to my mail box twice a week. Once she couldn't be bothered. I saw her throw the mail on the bottom steps.
Yes, I have complained to the Postmaster General. A short time later the carrier told me he didn't appreciate my complaints. Service got worse until he changed routes.
I hate the post office.

See, you're a more forgiving soul than I. This would be the point at which my new hobby would become making myself more of an inconvenience to the postmaster than replacing the crappy carrier would be.
