Not as of the season finale, and I haven't specifically seen it in the spoilers. I'm just experiencing anticipatory dread.

Lyra, think of it this way: new character with powers and personality markedly similar to those of diva-esque lead actress' character being introduced. Played by an actress who's at least as pretty, has her own cult following, and doesn't have a reputation for romancing costars or having catfights that require co-stars to be fired.
