The Smallville spoilers are just ... sad. It was actually a pretty good show in S1, but now they're just in a corner. (More so because of the movie thing.)
Seriously, I think they should say "Clark doesn't become Superman, really. He becomes .... Bluperman, who is just like Superman. Except not. So don't worry about canon. Now watch this drive."
