Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If you click on the links, Cindy, you'll see there was much more detail upthread, first by Kat, and then by me.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Okay, I have Kat's message marked for reading in about a week. Thanks for the info.

Awwww. Yeah. Thank you, ita. I don't know how I missed those. I distinctly remember Kat and you having the "I know the joy of the spoiled" -- "No, that's the joy of rewatching" conversation. I must have hit recent, because there's no way I would have skimmed over your posts.

Can you muster up enough whatever to give sappiness specifics? t sap

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

If that were the case, the second the bad guy came into the store, they would've been singing out "call the police! 911!"

I missed this the first time round:

I think what we know about what they wanted is that it worked, and saved Jaye's life. Calling 911 might have resulted in a hostage situation anyway, and a more hostile one with more casualties. We can never know.

Cindy, I'm actually in a good place wrt the series, so I'd like to not revisit the sap right now. It wasn't well done.

What is even happening?

Oh, that's too bad ita, and I completely understand. Thanks again for pointing out the big spoilage.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Rumor has it one or two unaired eps will be shown at Comic Con. So there's that.

Forgive me Buffistas for I have sinned. I have deleted the four aired episodes of Wonderfalls from my TiVo.

On purpose. Without transferring them to tape.

I loved the show, but I can't see watching the four over and over. If we get the DVDs, I'll have them. If not. Well...if you love something set it free, or whatever.

I need a new tagline.. submissions are accepted.

I watched Crime Dog and Safety Canary Last night. WOW I forgot how much I really enjoyed the show. I had not seen any Wonderfalls (I had none on tape) since the last episode was aired.

Crime Dog was an amazing episode.

Compared to the script though Safety Canary was "weak" I enjoyed it but the Jaye and Eric scenes made me gag. They really did not work at all. The other "love" story lines worked for me though.

Part of me does not want any more of the unaired episodes apearing on the internet. I don't want it to effect the release and sales of the DVDs.

JAYE: You should come out with us. I thought we could take her clubbing. MAHANDRA: Baby seals?

From AICN:

Learn The WONDERFALLS DVD Date!!

December 7!!

This is according to series executive producer (and frequent director) Todd Holland, who spilled at Thursday’s “Wonderfalls” screening in Hollywood.

The commentaries have not yet been taped, but series creator Bryan Fuller confides the plan is add commentary tracks to six of the 13 completed episodes: “Wax Lion” (the knee-slapper pilot), “Crime Dog” (the start of the big season story arc), “Lovesick Ass” (a mail-order bride arrives), “Safety Canary” (one of poor Kellie Waymire’s last jobs), “Cocktail Bunny” (noir hilarity as Jaye is instructed to save someone from someone else) and “Caged Bird” (the series finale).

Interestingly, the only commentary-sporting episode that aired in the United States is the pilot.

To understand what happened at the diner, we shall use Mr. Papaya! This is upsetting because he's the friendliest of fruits.

Saw "Cocktail Bunny" last night, and so far it may well be my favorite episode, all paranoid and neurotic and heartbreaking.
